Set Up Time
Set up for the Food 2.0 Expo will commence at 2:30pm. Guests will be arriving at the event at 4pm, so we suggest that all participants arrive prior to 3:00pm to all ample time for set up.

72" long by 30" deep (or 6' by 2.5')
Please Bring Your Own Tablecloth
Please also bring any signs, brochures, and marketing materials to showcase your products!
Unloading Dock
Please see map for specific directions. You should ideally be prepared with dollies or carts to bring goods to the plaza. From there, you will have an elevator lift to the 3rd floor. Once unloaded, you can return to lot 4 to park (more instructions below).
Parking
After unloading materials, please proceed to Structure 4 (parking lot). This parking lot is the closest lot to the UCLA Anderson School of Management and is just off Sunset Blvd at Westwood Plaza. Directions here.
Ice or Electricity Requirements
Please notify Maija ASAP should you need ice or electricity.
Estimated Participation
To help you prepare quantity for sampling, we are anticipating 250 people at the Food 2.0 Expo. An updated number will be emailed to you on Monday afternoon.
Break Down
All sampling and tabling events will end at 6pm.
